ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Ed Johnson has been a member of the Goschenhoppen Historians since 1992 and has served as its president for the last twenty-five years. He taught in the Pennridge School District for thirty-five years, most of the time teaching American history. Since retiring in 2014, Ed has caught up on reading the many history and nature books he bought over the years. He has also volunteered with the Friends of the Wissahickon and the Historical Society of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has also developed an interest in woodworking, especially wood turning.
