NYE Chef’s Menu Prix Fixe

DINNER SERVICE & THE NYE CHEF MENU WILL BEGIN AT 4PM ON NYE.


NYE MENU
$120 per person paired with a champagne toast

SOUP
soup of bone marrow consommé, julienne vegetables, marrow dumplings

SALAD
salad of smoked carrot ribbons, arugula greens, wagyu beef tartare 
vegetarian option available upon request


APPETIZER
roasted potato gratin, lightly smoked oysters, crispy guanciale, garlic cream sauce
vegetarian option available upon request 


MAIN
braised lamb shanks in red wine tomato jam, roasted pearl onions, herbed parsnip puree


OR


seafood lobster cioppino toasted chorizo bread 
tomato & white wine broth with octopus, lump crab,  cockles, lobster, shrimp, fresh herbs, roasted parsnips

DESSERT
strawberry champagne aspic, honey whip

We look forward to sharing the Holidays with you! Chef Nydia and her team have crafted special menus to make this year one to remember.

We will be open for normal lunch service at 11:30am.
Dinner service & NYE Chef Menu will be available starting at 4pm & our last reservation will be at 9pm.

In addition to the five course Chef Menu Prix Fixe, we will be offering our standard appetizer, pub fare, & children’s menu items.
Additional standard entree selections of mushroom & pumpkin risotto, cacio e pepe pasta, and bleu cheese crusted ribeye will also be available. Details subject to change at Chef’s discretion.
