ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Eric Ring is the President on the Board of the Philadelphia Folksong Society which is the organization that puts on the Philadelphia Folk Festival held every August in our back yard only about five miles down the road. Eric has been a volunteer at the festival for over 25 years and is one of the authors of the Smiling Banjo book which is a coffee table book about the first half century of the festival’s history. By trade he is a tax lawyer, but he is a music lover and concert photographer in his spare time.
